1. The deposit is non-refundable should the Client cancel the engagement. If photographer fails to appear at the specified time and location, the deposit shall be refunded in full to the Client.
2. The Client shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer in obtaining the desired photographs, including but not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed; taking time to pose for photographs at the Photographer’s direction; pre-shoot consultations; etc. Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation.
3. When booking with Rockwell Photography, you are giving me Full Artistic Rights. I, as the Photographer/ Artist, retain the rights of discretion in selecting the images that will be presented to you in a soft edit during the ordering session. You will not, however, received any images that are unedited or that were not chosen. I will discard all images that are not chosen. NO REFUNDS or RE-EDITS will be given for any reason. Photo sessins can be unpredictable, and I will do everything that I can, to create artwork you will love. However, if the desired outcome of the session is jepardized by the behaviors of the parties involved, including but not limited to children or babies, I cannot be held responsible and the full sessin payment, is still required.
4. An in person ordering session will be scheduled 10-14 business days after shoot. At that time you will be presented with 15-20 soft edited images to choose your favorites. We will go over all product options to select what best suits your family and home. We will then narrow the list down if needed and select the images for fine art prints, canvas, metal print, etc. Once order is finalized, (including prints for grandparents, other family members, and friends) products will take 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on the products ordered. All product is 10% off the day of viewing with full payment of invoice. All product and digital downloads are sold seperate unless already stated in fee. All sales are final. USB if purchased will be delivered the same time as the print products. Products will be delivered upon full payment of invoice.
5. Please adhear to the copyrights laws. Moreover, as artist Gayla Rockwell wish to have control over the final look of her client’s images. Scanned or reproduced images are both illegal and a degradatin of the original image quality. All copyrights remain to Rockwell Photography. Clients shall not modify, edit, add filters, or manipulate the copyrighted images in anyway.
6. We ask that you tag Rockwell Photography in all social media posts.
7. In the unlikely event that the Photographer is injured or becomes too ill, or has an extreme emergency that prevents him or her from photographing the event, the Photographer will make every effort to reschedule the event.
